Ryan’s past experience includes marketing for ski resorts at Liftopia, online marketing for hotels, airlines and car rentals at Hotwire.com, and pricing and promotions at Wynn Resorts.

Jaydon’s past experience includes revenue management and enterprise strategy at Wynn Resorts, pricing and inventory distribution strategy for ski resorts at Liftopia, and financial consulting at Bloomberg.

Valerie graduated recently from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York with a BS in Business Administration and an emphasis in International Business. Before joining the Go Dish team, Valerie completed marketing and social media internship programs at Other Creative Limited in London and Share Some Style in San Francisco.

Ian is a San Francisco-based portrait, lifestyle, and fine art photographer. His photography has been exhibited internationally and he can often be found in obscure locations throughout the world pursuing his passion. Ian has also founded a marketing company and recently earned his MBA from Babson College.

Evan Reece

Co-Founder, Liftopia

Evan founded Liftopia with Ron Schneidermann in 2005. Evan has deep experience in building pricing, yield optimization and inventory management strategies for lift tickets, rentals, lessons, and other ski resort related products. Prior to starting Liftopia, Evan was at Hotwire.com where he managed revenue maximization and pricing strategy for mountain destination hotels.

Ron founded Liftopia.com with Evan Reece in 2005. Ron has extensive experience with building successful partnerships with ski resorts to help lock in incremental business and optimize ticket sales yield. Prior to starting Liftopia, Ron managed Business Development at Hotwire.com where he focused on building relationships with add-on vacation product vendors and optimizing sales within the Hotwire.com purchase path. Previous to Hotwire, Ron was at Accenture where he focused on Business Process Consulting, working with clients across a variety of industries.

About The Role

As a Partner Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing on new restaurant partners and positioning them for success in the Go Dish marketplace with effective pricing and inventory strategies. This role requires a blend of consultative and transactional sales skills, resourcefulness, and straight up determination!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • -Identify a high volume of high-quality Go Dish prospective restaurant partners using a variety of online and offline resources
  • -Convert prospects into partners by presenting the Go Dish value proposition to restaurants’ ultimate decision makers in a consultative manner
  • -Cold calling and ‘cold knocking’ as necessary to convert prospects into leads
  • -Meet high-volume sales & performance-based goals while working both independently and as part of a team
  • -Develop effective pricing and inventory strategies to help our restaurant partners maximize revenue based on the unique characteristics of their businesses.
  • -Be the local market expert on both the supply and demand side of the equation: gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity, understand local consumer behavior, etc.
  • -Analyze sales trends to identify challenges and opportunities
  • -Support the Director of Strategic Accounts on multi-unit partnerships at the regional level as necessary
  • -Contribute feedback to our product team to continually improve our consumer-facing and restaurant facing products and experiences
  • -Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement, making our entire team more effective and more efficient at what we do
  • -Occasionally assist with local marketing efforts in conjunction with the Marketing Team to acquire new customers
  • -Possible occasional travel to assist with the launch of Go Dish in new markets

 

Qualifications:

  • -Bachelor’s degree
  • -Experience working within a high-volume and targeted field sales environment is a plus
  • -Goal-oriented with an excellent work ethic
  • -Incredibly hungry and self-motivated yet able to function well within a team
  • -Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • -Impeccable organizational skills
  • -Ability to think quickly and combine insights from past experiences, analytics and sound judgment to set and accomplish goals
  • -Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • -Fun, energetic, friendly and likeable personality
  • -Able to work/learn in fast paced environment

 

Bonus Qualifications:

  • -Fluency in English: bilingual skills in Spanish, Japanese or Chinese
